How the annual rent increase works in Colombia.
In Colombia, the annual increase follows the IPC published by DANE, within the ceiling set by Ley 820 de 2003. JAREMS does not compute that increase yet — what it does today is keep every lease, every receipt and every document dated, detailed and provable.
